Rescission of 5-27-21 Judgement Entry – Common Pleas Court

Given the declining number of COVID-19 cases in Clermont County and in accordance
with current CDC guidelines, the Court of Common Pleas, General Division will no longer
require individuals who are not fully vaccinated to wear facial coverings while in the Common
Pleas Courthouse.
The Court continues to encourage employees and anyone entering the courthouse to be
respectful of the personal space of others and. to exercise proper hygiene and sanitization. The
Court will continue to have hand sanitizer available throughout the courthouse. The Court will
permit anyone who desires to wear a facial covering in the courthouse to do so.
Individuals entering the courthouse shall be subject to a non-invasive, non-contact
temperature check at the security checkpoint. Anyone with a temperature above 100.4 ° F will
not be permitted to enter the courthouse.
Each Judge retains the discretion to impose specific requirements to be followed in their
courtroom. Any such requirements shall be posted on the Court’s website, and shall be available
at the security checkpoint.
